Dodgers Still Hold The Best Record Despite Their Loss

The Marlins might have triumphed, but their opponents still have one of the best records in the league. Los Angeles leads the NL West with a 24-12 record. However, they are not way above their opponents in their division.
The San Diego Padres are right behind with a 23-12 record, and the San Francisco Giants hold a 23-14 record. Shohei Ohtani and company will have tough competition this season, and their path to the World Series is not going to be easy.
While some Dodgers fans might be upset about their loss, the team is still leading and will definitely make the playoffs. The Dodgers are also dealing with injured players, as Teoscar Hernandez recently hit the IL.
