March Madness game delayed after bizarre malfunction as players take drastic action

Saturday’s Elite Eight clash between Illinois and Iowa was delayed 11 minutes after a scoreboard control system freeze caused a horn inside Toyota Center to malfunction and sound continuously for seven minutes
